Payvoxo

Payvoxo is a product we built and run ourselves, not client work. Businesses we spoke to kept running into the same gap: phone enquiries going unanswered outside working hours, and no affordable way to automate calls without a full-scale telecom vendor contract.

• Calls and enquiries made outside business hours go unanswered, and following up by phone afterward takes manual staff time.
• Setting up a proper IVR or automated voice system usually means a large telecom vendor contract, which most small and mid-sized businesses can't justify for the volume of calls they get.
• Businesses that do want voice automation have no simple, self-service way to configure call flows without ongoing vendor dependency.

• Built Payvoxo as a self-service AI voice platform — configurable call flows and IVR menus for automated voice interactions.
• Hosted and operate it ourselves at payvoxo.pravinexsolutions.in, rather than depending on a third-party telecom platform.
• Built it as a reusable product so it can be configured for a client's call-handling needs instead of building voice automation from scratch on every project.

• Live and in use — available as a ready platform we can configure for a client's call automation needs rather than a custom build each time.

These are described improvements to the process, not measured figures. We have not published percentages or savings for this project because the client has not shared and confirmed those numbers — and we would rather say that than invent them.
