We start by mapping what your sheets actually hold, then clean and import the opening balances — usually stock, items, suppliers, and customers. The sheets stay available read-only for a period after go-live so nothing is lost while the team builds confidence.

Will our floor staff be able to use it?

That is a design constraint, not an afterthought. Floor screens are built for scanning and a small number of large buttons, and training is done on the shop floor with the actual system.

Can it work with our existing accounting software?

In most cases yes, through export or integration, depending on what the accounting package supports. We confirm what is possible during scoping rather than promising it upfront.
